Acceptance of Terms: I have read and understand the terms of service pertaining to ordering and viewing of ROUGE NEW YORKTM web site. ROUGE NEW YORKTM  Reserve the right to terms can be modified by us at any time without notice.

  • It is not unlawful in my state, province, municipality, or other jurisdiction to view information or order products from this site.
  • I consent to view sexually explicit material.

ROUGE NEW YORK™ HEALTH AND SAFEY

The information and products provided by ROUGE NEW YORK™ web sites are not intended for use without appropriate knowledge on the user's part about health and safety. ROUGE NEW YORK™ may offer suggestions on how to use or care for our products, but ultimately it is up to the user to ensure that the products and information acquired from us is used in a safe and harmless manner to the user or another party.

ROUGE NEW YORK™ RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt.

Please note we cannot accept returns or Exchanges on items that have been opened. Opened pleasure objects may only returned under warranty. Pre-authorization is required for all returns or exchanges.

If upon receipt of your delivery you find that box has been damaged, opened, or its content are missing, please ensure to take a photograph of the damage packaging which should be email to us. If you are at home during the delivery write “DAMAGE/OPENED/MISSING CONTENT” and refused the package when delivered by DHL/UPS/USPS/FEDEX,  this is a rare event as we inspect/test all products before leaving our hub.

Please note Pre-authorization is required for all exchanges! You can email us at customerservice@sgcrouge.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on returning your item. we will not accept any returns without RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER.

SGCROUGE PLEDGE: Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges (defective products exempt), as we cannot re-sell them. Health and Safety is of the upmost importance to us here at ROUGE NEW YORKTM, once our products leave the store, we DO NOT take them back.

ROUGE NEW YORK™ CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, email customerservice@sgcrouge.com immediately, as most orders ship the same day that we receive them. If your order has already been shipped, you will be fully refunded minus an $10 cancellation fee.

ROUGE NEW YORK™ – SHIPPING METHODS

  • GROUND: Ground packages will be shipped either same day or the following and will arrive within 1-7 business days in the contiguous US; 3-7 days for Alaska and Hawaii, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. This option is not available for Puerto Rico. 3 DAY SELECT: 3rd Day Select packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm EST. If the order is placed after 2pm EST, the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive 3 business days after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • 2nd BUSINESS DAY AIR: 2nd Business Day Air packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm EST. If the order is placed after 2pm EST, the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive 2 business days after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Next Business Day Air: Next Business Day Air packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 2pm EST. If the order is placed after 2pm EST, the package will be shipped the following business day. The package will arrive the next business day after shipping, not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
  • Note: ROUGE NEW YORK™ will not guarantee the delivery time of any order. Shipping costs will not be refunded because of delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any reason. Most delays are due to weather conditions. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. Please order your items appropriately, choosing the UPS shipping service that will ensure that you receive the order at least 2 business days in advance of the needed time period.
